Bookings and cancellation policy

At Ingaadi Spa & Events Venue, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests. To maintain fairness and efficiency, the following terms and conditions apply to all bookings.

1. Check-in and Check-out
  • Check-in Time: 14:00

    • Early check-ins are subject to prior arrangement with the reservations team and may incur additional charges.
  • Check-out Time: 10:30

    • Late check-outs must be arranged in advance and are subject to availability. Fees are as follows:
      • Departures after 10:30 will be charged a late departure fee.
      • Departures after 14:00 will be charged the full nightly rate of the room or suite.
  • Extensions of Stay:

  • Extensions are subject to availability and must be requested by 10:30 on the scheduled day of departure. Payment for the extension must be made immediately upon confirmation.

2. Payment Policy
  • Policy: “NO PAYMENT, NO RESERVATION.”

  • Pre-payment: Full pre-payment is required to confirm all reservations.

  • Payment Methods: We accept EFTs, credit cards, and debit cards.

  • Failure to Pay: If payment is not received within 48 hours of the booking confirmation, the reservation will be released.
3. Cancellation Policy
  • More than 21 Days Before Arrival: Full refund.

  • 8–20 Days Before Arrival: 50% of the total amount will be refunded.

  • 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

  • No-Show or Early Departure: No refund.
4. Amendments to Rates
  • All rates are quoted per room, suite, or package in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified.
  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
5. Guest Responsibilities
  • Guests are liable for any loss, damage, or breakage caused to the property, furnishings, or equipment during their stay.
  • Costs for any damages must be settled before departure.
  • The venue reserves the right to revoke admission or remove any guest who violates the terms and conditions or disturbs the enjoyment of other guests.
6. Included Services
  • Accommodation Guests:

    • Breakfast (unless otherwise specified in your booking package).
    • Complimentary tea, coffee, and bottled water in rooms.
    • Daily housekeeping service.
    • Free on-site parking.
  • Spa Guests:

    • Use of spa facilities, such as relaxation lounges and robes, as part of their booked treatment or package.
  • Event Guests:

  • Event-specific inclusions as outlined in the booking agreement.

  • Wi-Fi: Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided in most areas.

  • Additional services, such as laundry or special requests, will incur additional charges.

7. Special Offers and Group Bookings
  • Special rates or discounts are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be provided at the time of booking.
  • Group bookings (10+ guests) require a 50% deposit to secure the reservation, with the balance due no later than 14 days before the event.
8. Lost and Found
  • Items left behind will be kept for 3 months.
  • After 3 months, unclaimed items will be donated to charity or sold to cover storage expenses.
9. Health and Safety
  • Ingaadi Spa & Events Venue follows strict hygiene and safety protocols to ensure the wellbeing of all guests.
  • Guests are required to adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by staff.
