Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms, spa areas, and event spaces.
A fine of R500 will apply for non-compliance.

No pets are allowed on the property under any circumstances.
Access to the venue is restricted after 9:00 PM, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Ingaadi is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, regardless of the cause.
Guests are encouraged to use in-room safes (if provided) and keep valuables secure.
A refundable key and breakages deposit of R500 is required at check-in and will be refunded at check-out, provided there are no damages or missing items.
To maintain the tranquil atmosphere, parties and loud noise are not permitted.
Any disturbance complaints may result in a fine of R1,000 and, if unresolved, immediate eviction without refund.
Spa guests are requested to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled treatment.
Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time.
Mobile phones must be on silent or switched off in spa areas to ensure a peaceful environment.
Irons, hairdryers, or other equipment are available upon request.
A refundable deposit of R200 per item may be required.
Facilities such as the dam, gardens, and event areas must be respected and used responsibly.
Any damage to property will result in charges to cover the costs of repair or replacement.
For events and weddings, specific guidelines will be provided upon booking confirmation and must be strictly followed.
Guests are responsible for their own safety while on the property.
Swimming, hiking, and other activities are at your own risk.
